Bridgette Mayer will be interviewed by Samek Gallery director Richard Rinehart about the role of abstract art in today’s visual culture this Friday, October 18 at the Downtown Art Gallery at 6pm. Bridgette is a Bucknell graduate, director of the Bridgette Mayer Gallery in Philadelphia, and guest curator of the current exhibition “Abstraction Today.” Her talk will be followed by a reception.
